Emotional freedom technique (EFT)

For those interested in a very effective way to lessen the symptoms  of Anxiety, self doubt, mood change, depression, mental and physical pain EFT tapping is a great therapeutic tool to accomplish this.  Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
